Return Policy

Dear pet parent, we are here to help!

We take utmost care to ensure the right products are packed properly and shipped through reliable courier partners.

We understand that your faithful friend deserves the best and we shall ship only the best!

We double check products before sending.

As a company policy, we do not ship products that are within 5 months of expiry.

We have a stringent quality control process that has helped us achieve a return rate of less than 0.5%.

We understand that certain things are beyond our control such as

* Products getting damaged during transit

* Manufacturing defects that may lead to a whole batch being unfit for consumption

Taking into account these things, we have formulated a very flexible return policy.

Food products

In case of damaged products, please click pictures or record a video of the same and mail it to support@ofypets.com. Once the mail is sent, please update our customer care team on WhatsApp/call  +91 9791009000. Once the complaint is received, our team will get in touch with you to understand the issue better. We will also ensure a replacement is sent within 48 hours (subject to product availability).

Please note that any damage must be intimated to us within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Accessories

Manufacturing defects alone will be considered, any damages caused by improper usage will not be considered. In case of damaged products, please click pictures or record a video of the same and mail it to support@ofypets.com. Once the mail is sent, please update our customer care team on WhatsApp/call  +91 9791009000. We will get in touch with you to understand the issue better. We will also ensure a replacement is sent within 48 hours (subject to product availability).

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 48 hours and it may take up to 7 days for the refunded amount to get credited to the payment source.
